I'm confused - is this noise a one off or constant?

It did it first thing in the morning each time I used it over Xmas and New Year. When I took it to my local guy it was warm and didnt do it.I took the belt off and checked the freewheeling as per the posts in FAQ and seems fine also tensioner seems fine.Sods law it hasnt done it since.Baffled but concerned it might let me down, but if all I get is roughness and noise I can get it done then.If its going to break down and leave me/wife stranded thats a big problem.

Thanks for the advice

Pulled the tensioner back and unhooked the belt, then popped a screwdriver into the alternator fan and turned the pulley, went one way not the other, also was quite smooth and cant see any rust. The tensioner pulley was also smooth when turned.Followed the write up in the FAQ pretty much
